Beautiful Creatures

Yesterday, Poy, Rogan, Paul and I decided to watch "Beautiful Creatures" before going home. Our rest day is indeed an adventure. We saw the trailer and we find it interesting, minus the leading man kasi for me parang hindi sya bagay kay Lena Ravenwood. Ang mean ko di ba? Ahaha. It started 4:30pm and ended 10 minutes before 7pm. Ang haba kasi ng phasing ng story. Nakakakilig. A very simple romantic movie all about sacrifice. I was seating beside Poy and were talking cause there were scenes there that were both confused. Ang dami kasing flashbacks. So we tend to discussed it. I was drinking coffee pa nga sa loob ng moviehouse cause I felt like I am getting my hang-over after two days of non-stop drinking. Poy was eating Goya chocolates while Rogan and Paul bought cheesebread and Gatorade, iba ibang trip lang. Ahaha. 

Rest Day:)

I just got home yesterday. Almost two days akong wala sa bahay cause I'm with my new team. We spent our entire rest day at Nawol's House in Cainta. I know most of them kaya medyo comfortable na kami. We drank a lot. I don't drink Red Horse pero buti nalang kinaya ko. I got a little bit tipsy kaya I needed to sleep. Kaso lahat natulog din. We woke up 4am na ng Monday. Everyone had a good sleep din. We had breakfast then back to kwentuhan. Then Red Horse again. We ate my favorite ice cream which is Double Dutch. Then watched Maya and Ser Chief. I really had a good time. Nung kasama ko sila I felt like everything's going well the way I never expect it. Kailangan ko ng sulitin kasi in two months time aalis na din ako. Mami-miss ko talaga ang ganitong bonding. Parang ayoko na ngang umalis din kaso hindi pwede. For the meantime, I'll enjoy whatever I have now. Tsaka ko nalang isipin kung ano nag pwedeng mangyari pag malapit na akong umalis.

I'm here now at Nawol's house. Not really a team building. Mini-bonding with some of my team. Kwentuhan then inom. Yeah, inom. Before talaga clean living ako pero it's not bad to break the rules. I'm drinking now. Hoping I will not get drunk. Ahaha. I'm with Poy, Al, Nawol, Sid, Rogan and Lumen. Matira matibay talaga. Hindi ko alam kujg san ako aabot. Bahala na. :)

I Hate Quotes

"It's amazing how you fall in-love with someone you didn't notice the first time you met." I agree on this one. There will be this one person na magiging malaki talaga ang part sa buhay mo. Nung una you tend to treat the person like everyone else, yung tipong dinadaan-daanan mo lang, nginingitian. Wala ka kasing pakialam. Basta kilala mo sya okay na yun. Matagal mo ng kilala pero parang wala lang. Not until something brought you together. Hindi naman yung mala-pelikula talaga ang eksena, yung parang binigyan talaga kayo ng chance na makilala ang isa't-isa. Pwedeng tumambay kayo one time at na-realize nyo na okay pala ang isa't-isa. It's like breaking the ice. Then the conversation made sense. Finally, you both feel comfortable. Posible pala yun? One encounter can change almost everything. Minsan talaga hindi mo alam kung maniniwala ka pa sa fate. Kusa nga syang dumarating pero hindi mo alam kung hanggang kailan lang. Syempre tao ka aasa lang. Perosa totoo lang, wala naman nasayang if ever mangyari man ito. At least you learn the art of falling in love. With the wrong person? Pwede. With the right person? Who knows. Pero amininmo sumaya ka naman. Ang dating boring na buhay kahit pano nagkaroon ng kulay. Yun ang mahalaga. Napangiti ka ng taong hindi mo ine-expect. Marami ka ding natutuhan. Sabi nga nila "you're looking but you're not seeing". Andyan lang pala sya. Ang weird ba't ko nasabi ito. Pwedeng nakaka-relate ako. Pwede din namang sadyang nagandahan lang ako sa quote. :)

Bedweather

It was rainy Tuesday. And because of the weather, it tends to break your mood. I am being sentimental now. Yeah. The weather makes me think of a lot stuff that I need to do in the coming months. I am leaving soon. Not that I'm traveling but I am going abroad for good opportunities. Hindi naman sa sinasabi ko na walang mangyayari sa buhay ko dito sa Pinas, it's just that I need to take a risk and see what's in store for me there. I've always been a risk-taker. Sa almost five years kong nagwowork, I am used with any kind of changes. Medyo iba lang ito kasi I'm gonna be far from my loved ones. Trying to invest for my future. Hindi naman yun ang kinakatakot ko. What I'm afraid the most is leaving my loved ones here. Ang layo kaya ng Dubai sa Pinas. Kahit na may FBat Skype, parang hindi yun enough. Mas okay pa.din na kasama mo sila ng personal. Homesick na agad ako kahit hindi pa ko umaalis. Siguro may nga bagay pa talaga akong dapat ayusin before I leave. First is my work. Kahit naman stressful sa office mahirap pa ding i-let go kung anu ang meron ako ngayon. I've worked so hard to earn this. The fruit of my labor. I already proved myself and I am glad everythings worth the try. My family- nasanay ako na andyan sila parati. I am close both with my Mom and Dad especially my brother. Though we fight sometimes, we still adore each other. My friends - sandalan ko anytime. You can hardly find someone like them that you'll trust and will keep your secrets. Lovelife - hindi ko alam kung meron o wala ba ako nyan. Basta happy ako. Yes, I'm inspired. Sino ang tao na tinutukoy ko? Let's leave it with a big question mark. (smiling while typing this part..) Hindi naman ibig sabihin na may boyfriend ka agad pag sinabi mo na inspired ka, pwedeng someone's playing a big role in your heart now. Hindi ko din alam kung aware yung tao na yun. Chill lang. Ahaha. See, kung anu-anu naiisip ko just because it's raining. Sometimes the weather influenced your thoughts. And I know it will be difficult for me to get up later and go to work. I just hope the rain will stop by then. :)

Ham Sandwich + Mama Movie Marathon

I woke up 4am today. That's the my usual routine na pag restday. I was sleeping the whole Sunday kasi I'm really tired plus I'm adjusting to my new schedule na din. Kanina, my brother wake me up kasi nag-prepare daw sya ng ham sandwich. A very presentable and yummy ham sandwich. Pang Master Chef lang ang peg ni Bro. But it's delicious. Then we watched "Mama". A suspense-horror movie that I bought last 2 weeks at ngayon ko lang pinanuod. Well, it's my bonding time with Bro. What a good way to start Monday. :)

25 Pesos

Yesterday, I decided to go out with my new team. Not the typical "inuman session". Though we had one shot of of San Mig Light before going to the mall. We went to SM Megamall to watch a movie. Yeah, a movie worth P25 cause yung movie was filmed na 2 years ago kaya ganun kamura. I am a moviegoer and bagong discovery toh para sa akin. We watched "Step Up Revolution". Grabe parang kami lang yung tao sa sinehan. We sat in front. It was like the VIP section of the cinema and we really had a good time. I was sitting beside Poy that time and I thought makakatulog ako pero everyone was awake despite ng puyat buong magdamag. The movie was very entertaining and the "bida guy" was so gorgeous! Ahaha.. Natapos yung movie around 2pm and we headed to Cubao kasi may sarili pa kaming lakad after nun. We had a food trip din pala sa food court before manuod and we ate at Greenwich. I don't know where our next destination will be next week. This day was so fun:)

Valentine's Day

This has been my 26th year celebrating Valentine's Day. Maybe an ordinary day for me. I was not really expecting anything but I'm happy. Swear! No bitterness. What happen this day? There was this sort of mini-event at the office wherein we were given Valentine cards, write a love note or thank you note to someone we really appreciate. It doesn't matter if it's a friend or someone special. By the way, it was my idea to have this card-giving cause I was the office POC for events. Hindi ko napaghandaan toh. I just printed out Valentine cards taken from MS-Word graphics. Parang post-Valentine celebration na din kasi February 15 na. In the end, it was successful. Everyone participated. Ever since, I am a big fan of handwritten letters. Mas na-a-appreciate mo if you saw na nag-effort yung tao na sulatan ka. May originality. This day, I received a lot of Valentine cards. From my colleagues and team. Syempre I can't explain the feeling cause it's been a long time when I received a letter from someone. Usually ako talaga ang nagsusulat, This day, it was different. Though may sinulatan din ako. Syempre pag Valentine's Day, you're wishing that you receive something from someone you like. Pero naka-set na yung mind ko na I will not expect anything from anyone.
